I love seeing the surprise, the delight, the relief, the peace of mind, the joy, the boost in confidence and change in self esteem,  the renewed hope and shift in attitude that happens when a person who has been struggling (often for years), experiences success.

I want you to know that it is possible to facilitate significant improvements in learning ability, performance, anxiety and stress levels, self esteem, attitude, mental health and well-being  and for these changes to occcur at the most fundamental level;- the structure of the brain and the physiology of the body.


​I want you to know that anxiety, poor self esteem, learning difficulties, stress, fear, sadness, a victim mentality, a negative attitude... can be replaced with calm, self assurance, easy learning, peace, happiness, a sense of personal power and responsibility, gratitude, a constructive attitude....no matter what your age.

I take great comfort in the following words of neuroanatomist, Jill Bolte-Taylor, (My Stroke of Insight), 

…if you have lost your ability to experience joy, rest assured the circuitry is still there. It is simply being inhibited by more anxious and/or fearful circuitry.

It is just as easy for me to habitually run the happiness circuit as it is for me to run the anger circuit,  


In fact, from a biological perspective, happiness is the natural state of the right mind (brain hemisphere), 

As such, this circuitry is constantly running and is always available for me to tap into.
